Ko te nohonga orite

If it wasn’t for 10 minutes of meditation every morning over the last year, I’m not sure how life would have been. I began practicing meditation in 1999 and it has been life changing for me. This work is about finding your centre, balance, slowing down to the pace of nature, so important as we move through these times.

Materials: Whataupoko whenua, raurekau on harakeke paper. Pine frame stained with native. (a deliberate act of reclamation of whenua and honouring rākau Māori)
